Apostille & Authentication

What's the difference?

An Apostille is a special certificate that verifies the authenticity of a document for use in countries that are part of the Hague Convention, such as Germany and Mexico. An Apostille ensures your documents are recognized internationally. Think of it as a global “stamp of approval” for your paperwork!

For countries not part of the Hague Convention, such as Canada and China, you'll need Authentication (also called legalization). This process involves contact with the embassy or consulate of the destination country.

Emboss will facilitate these processes on your behalf. Please complete the Intake Form below to get started. We'll reach out to you soon.

Want to facilitate this process yourself with a little help?

Schedule a phone consultation with us. We'll customize a step-by-step guide for you to accomplish your goal.
